The Buyer represents and warrants that (i) the credit card information supplied to Riyat Organics for the purpose of placing an order is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer will be honoured by the Buyer's credit card company. After placing an order, the Buyer's credit card statement will show a transaction from Riyat Organics.
Generally, items ordered through our website will be dispatched to the delivery address provided within 24 hours of receiving payment. However, there may be rare occasions beyond our control when it is not possible to meet this timescale and we accept no liability for this.
We reserve the right to change, add or delete any documents, information or other content that appears on the Site, including this Agreement, at any time without further notice to users of the Site.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be unopened and in new condition. When returning items, please quote your name, order number, the name of the product and the reason for the return.
To request a refund, please send an email to info@trydeepsleep.co.uk.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Returns will automatically be refunded to your original payment card.
In the event of a change of mind, the Buyer has the right to cancel any order and this will be actioned as long as the order has not yet been shipped. You must contact us as soon as you can to arrange this.
